I work in a research laboratory growing various plants, and we have 5 of these sprayers.  I recently took some discarded sprayers apart to find that the compressor manifold and lines were pretty gunked up.  I also found that the connecting rod assembly was corroded, but the shaft bearing was still smooth and easily rotated.

My question is, what parts should I replace, and should I crack that manifold open and clean that and replace the lines?

Thank you for your question.  It might be difficult to completely answer your question without asking several more.

At a minimum, I would replace any corroded parts.  The shaft bearing should be fine.  However, I would like to connect you with our service department.

You can either email me your contact information to and I can have them call you or call 800/258.0848 when convenient and ask for Phil.
