The JETFog nozzle recommended operating pressure is between 50-60psi, if pressure over exceeds the maximum that is recommended this can cause damage to the internal diaphragm.  This leaking you might be experiencing is a damaged diaphragm. Due to the way these nozzles are manufactured, the diaphragm is not sold separately.

Solution is to replace nozzle and look at ways to lower your pressure

The silicone diaphragm inside the JETFog nozzle is now a replaceable part as of April 2019. When doing this you will need to purchase the NEW Service Tool Combo for this to be done correctly without additional damages. This information is available on the website under JETFog Nozzles.
